Since we started our ticket adventure, we have never really gotten around to cleaning up our Trello-board. New tasks have been added which have pushed the old ones so far down the list that we honestly lost track of them.
That is of course not the right way to do it, so we made the decision to carefully go through all of the tasks and add the relevant ones in the tool ‘Pivotal Tracker’, which is a professional planning tool that is suited for handling large development projects such as live/BACKEND.
It is the same tool the Event-team uses which has provided an increased synergy effect between the two teams, which are now participating in daily meetings and synchronous development with 14-days intervals. We are certain this will lead to an even better integration between the two systems.
Btw: Our Pivotal-board is open for all customers who are interested (contact us to learn more). Since the detail level in Pivotal is very high and the descriptions are often on the technical side, we are working on scratching down a road-map that can provide a complete picture of our goals in the upcoming quarters. This will of course also be publicly accessible when it is ready.
