The Building Modules lies at the very heart of live/BACKEND – from here you have freedom to easily and quickly create the experience and structure that you have envisioned. It is one of the main reasons that our customers love using live/BACKEND as their primary event platform for managing events and ticket sales.
With the Building Modules you can build the structure you want on your own and you can always change it if new needs should occur along the way. All data can be used across the organisations and can be exported from your live/BACKEND account to other purposes.
Whether you are a volunteer, event organiser, sound/light technician, bartender, administrative worker or something else you have access to your very own personal dashboard where all relevant information on shifts, to-dos, events and much more can be viewed – and it is of course optimised for desktops, tablets and smartphones.
Most employees can typically just use their own personal dashboard since most of the day-to-day tasks are presented here.

How stable is live/BACKEND?
We have an uptime on over 99,99% (during a calendar year). At livebackend.info you can follow our uptime and sign up to receive a SMS or email if/when we have instability or a service window.
Our systems are hosted on a redundant and autoscaleable environment. Redundancy means that we always have more than one server that handles traffic in the case of a physical breakdown of a server the traffic will be redirected away from it.
Autoscaling means that we can quickly and without delay allocate more ressources when there is a need for it. This is possible because our datacenter provides a huge machine park where we are allocated the ressources that we need along the way.
With redundancy and autoscaling it is possible for us to handle major ticket sales without breaking a sweat. The customers will therefore not experience instability, slow loading times or downtime.
Is live/BACKEND available in English?
Yes, the entire live/BACKEND system is available in both Danish and English. Furthermore, it is possible on user-level to choose whether live/BACKEND is viewed in Danish or English.
